Code of Conduct

It is Whiting-Turner's policy to maintain the highest ethical standards and to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. To ensure that we operate accordingly, we have established a Code of Conduct to which all employees must comply. It requires that all employees report behavioral violations in areas such as:

• Gifts and entertainment
• Communications and record keeping
• Laws relating to competition
• Statements and certifications
• Commitment to diversity
• Immigration laws

Our Corporate Compliance Officer is charged with overseeing the policies, monitoring compliance, implementing educational programs, and receiving and taking appropriate action in connection with any reported violations.
