Sitework included a natural turf baseball, softball, soccer and football field within an asphalt running track. The parking areas have multiple bioswale drainage/planting beds that provide quality stormwater control.

This project achieved LEED Gold certification. The building uses a geothermal ground source well system to pre-heat and pre-cool the water source condensers. There are 260 individual VRV units that then heat and cool all rooms, providing for an extremely multi-zoned comfort level. Other sustainable elements include and environmentally friendly stormwater design, vegetated roofs, solar panels, large openings for daylighting of spaces and the use of regional materials.
