6100 Merriweather Drive is a 12-story, 342,000 SF core and shell office building in the Merriweather Crescent development in Columbia, Maryland. The new facility includes ground floor retail space, a fitness center and rooftop amenity space with a conference center and exterior terrace. The building’s curtainwall façade incorporates an enclosed stairway on the outside of the building and provides occupants with ample natural light and views of the surrounding area.
