Whiting-Turner is a career-oriented company with a commitment to promotion from within. Our entry-level opportunities exist in project management, field supervision, virtual design and construction, environmental, health and safety, quality control, mechanical/electrical and a number of support roles. We cross-train in all disciplines and methods for exposure to all aspects of our industry and the opportunities we provide.
We provide continued training to support your education with our Whiting-Turner 101 program, on-the-job training and opportunities to gain personal certifications (e.g. OSHA 30). In addition to training, professional development is driven by our operating philosophy. Our project teams handle every aspect of their projects from concept to completion, which promotes individual growth and accountability.
