Aggie Square

Aggie Square in Sacramento, California is a multi-building knowledge community developed by Wexford Science & Technology, located on 11 acres at the University of California Davis, Sacramento campus. The 1.1 million SF project consists of two lab buildings, a classroom building, a 1,500-stall parking structure and a mixed-use residential building. The features include modern research facilities, office and multi-purpose space and high-touch amenities. Aggie Square will create a new public space with welcoming and accessible entry points that connect the neighboring community with the University and industry partners.
