CMSC North Tower Addition
CMSC North Tower Addition
The Johns Hopkins CMSC North Tower addition project includes over 440,000 SF of new and renovated space, with 200,000 SF of research laboratory space on the hospital’s main East Baltimore medical campus. This includes the construction of a 12-story research tower (North Tower), with exterior and interior renovations of the CMSC South and West towers. This project also involves mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure upgrades. Once completed, the building will provide a new main entrance to the north side of the hospital along Monument Street.
