The Terraces Expansion at the Forest at Duke

This project in Durham, North Carolina involves the construction of a new 71-unit independent living apartment building on an existing senior living campus. It features over 250,000 SF of space which includes two levels of parking, a level of common amenities, three levels of apartments, expansive gardens and walking paths. A new restaurant and an adjacent outdoor rooftop terrace will serve as a social hub for the community.
