Under Armour Global Headquarters

This new headquarters building, located in Baltimore, Maryland will be 280,000 SF of high-end corporate office space. The five-story building will include ground floor retail space, a fitness center, a grab-and-go dining service and two terraces. The project includes an artificial turf field with 400-meter track and rising bleachers that seat up to 1,400 people. It will host local sports teams and serve as a training, research and development center for Under Armour. This campus includes solar canopies above the parking area, native landscape species, boardwalks, a basketball court and stormwater management ponds. The project is registered with the certification goal of LEED Platinum®. This project will also be pursuing WELL Certification and has a goal of net zero energy operations.
