RUSTIC FEELING

The interior finishes of the building are comprised of reclaimed longleaf pine that is fastened to the walls, interior metal wall panels and a range of colors to give the building an open, rustic feeling. Every room in the building has a different and unique layout of ceiling panels, and extensive BIM/VDC modeling was used to lay out and coordinate all of the ceiling components.

The exterior of the building is locally quarried limestone that required precision craftsmanship to lay the custom pattern. Each stone on the façade was custom picked and hand selected by the mason prior to installation. The structure of the building is architecturally exposed structural steel columns to give a very thin profile around the envelope of the building.
