The Victory Club at Verrado is a 27,000 SF, mixed-use community center exclusive to a 55+ housing community. Sitting 1,900 feet above the desert floor, the facility includes the Vic Bar + Kitchen with high patios that overlook Verrado and the downtown Phoenix skyline. The facility also includes a fitness club and spa with nearly 7,000 SF of training equipment, as well as a yoga studio where residents can take group classes.

Additional spaces include Victory Central and Arizona Great Room where guests can enjoy classes or just relax, Victory Hall for workshops and seminars, and a sports den with a pool hall and lounge. Outdoor amenities include terraces and event space, as well as leisure pools, tennis courts and pickleball courts.

The clubhouse was built on top of a granite mountain that was blasted flat by a civil subcontractor. Several phases of blasting took place prior to the start of construction, followed by a massive over-excavation in which crushed rock and soil were mixed and compacted. Numerous utilities were rerouted during construction due to the challenging excavation.
