This project includes the demolition and renovation of an office space located on the second floor into a student health clinic on the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s campus. New space inside of the building consists of a reception/waiting area, four exam rooms, an office and support areas. The existing MEP systems were reworked to include a new electrical panel, lighting, ductwork and terminal units, a new exhaust fan and plumbing fixtures. Despite ongoing construction, the three-story building continued to operate without interruption during the renovation.
