About
THIS PROJECT
Building A of Pagliaro Selz Hall is the first of three total freshman dorm buildings also known as Freshman Village on Goucher’s campus. The four-story, 58,500 SF building houses 199 students and includes:
- 98 dorm rooms
- Public spaces/lounges
- Laundry facilities
- Mechanical room
- Study rooms
- Common area kitchen
The exterior finishes from the ground floor to the second floor consist of Butler Stone from a local quarry. The balance of the building’s exterior was completed with a stucco finish.
