The Caves Valley Golf Cottages are two identical, 5,500 SF cottages that overlook the first hole of Caves Valley Golf Club in Owings Mills, Maryland. The two-level cottages are wood-framed, and each has the capacity to house four golfers on each level. Guests have their own bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower. The buildings were built on the side of a hill and required a new septic field and water line, fire line and data from the clubhouse. The water line and fire line run to the club’s pump house that is 450 yards away, which is equal to the length of the club’s 18th hole.
