The Golden Nugget Rush Tower project was the addition of a new 13-story hotel tower at the Golden Nugget Casino and Resort in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The new Rush Tower includes 353 luxury hotel rooms. Standard rooms are over 500 SF with a five-fixture bathroom and two sinks, walk-in shower, oversized tub and separate toilet room. This project also included 24 corner suites that are 1,000 SF each, as well as three exclusive poolside villas. Each villa includes a covered patio, private hot tub and direct access to the pool and bar.

This project was successfully delivered on an aggressive 12-month schedule in a challenging labor market, utilizing innovative construction methods such as prefabricated exterior wall panels. The wall panels include framing, sheathing, foam and EIFS, and they were fabricated in Mississippi and shipped to Lake Charles for installation.
