This project was the renovation of a historic office and hotel building originally built in the 1950s. The building is 21 stories, totaling 310,000 SF, with a multi-level penthouse and a basement area that includes tunnels leading to adjacent properties. The guestroom area underwent demolition and improvements of finishes, MEP upgrades, along with the addition of furniture, fixtures and equipment throughout the 390 rooms and presidential suite.
