The Palms Casino Resort Fantasy Tower is a 30-story, 300-room themed hotel tower and conference center. The tower connects to a lower building, which required tie-in to existing areas, as well as some remodeling work. The 425,000 SF complex includes:

The project also included a 7,000 SF sound recording studio with three sound booths, live room, recording control rooms, as well as a reception area and lounge. The sound studio is used by world renown recording artists for producing quality media. The studio was construction within the hotel envelope on the fourth floor, and acoustic challenges were resolved by utilizing spring-floated sound isolation floors and wood construction within a concrete frame.
