THIS PROJECT
Project Oasis consisted of a fast-track renovation of two buildings that total 465,000 SF. The buildings were converted into highly efficient office and laboratory space for server development and operations. The office design and construction included a workplace strategy and sustainable features that enhance employee well-being and productivity. These include increased air changes, daylighting and views, daylight harvesting and LED light fixtures with lighting controls, efficient audiovisual systems and many others.

New high-efficient cooling towers and magnetic bearing chillers were used to upgrade the house and lab cooling systems. Additional amenities and employee wellness features include:
- Biophilia/living walls
- Cafeteria and lounges
- Collaborative spaces
- Lobby upgrades
- Fitness/wellness center
The project also includes the Chamber Building, which is a 40,000 SF, Class A office facility, as well as an 11,000 SF executive briefing center to showcase the company’s latest technology.
This project achieved LEED® Gold certification and received the following awards:
- DBIA Award of Excellence
- National Merit Award in Rehabilitation/Renovation/Restoration
- DBIA 2017 Excellence in Teaming
