The Randall S. Webster Emergency Operations and Communications Center is a secure two-story building located in Conway, South Carolina. Designed to withstand winds up to 160 mph, the building’s structure consists of tilt-up wall panels with Level E impact-rated curtain walls and storefront glass. Additional features include:
- 25 classrooms
- Five training rooms
- Data center
- Commerical kitchen
- Backup generator
- Ballistic walls in the lobby
- Helipad
- 911 call center
- Three multipurpose training rooms
- 34 consoles for emergency dispatchers
- Concrete slab on deck roof to assist in natural disasters
