The Park Tower project refurbished and modernized the oldest high-rise building in downtown Tampa, Florida. The interior lobby renovation included upgraded finishes to the walls, ceiling and floors. An architectural Finwall leading into the flagship Buddy Brew coffee shop was included in the interior construction, along with a conference room and lobby concierge. Exterior upgrades consisted of sidewalk pavers, soffit, entrance curtainwall and storefront entry areas.
