The Petco National Support Center project was a conversion of a 250,000 SF computer chip manufacturing facility to a large corporate headquarters building. The National Support Center is a pet-friendly facility where employees are encouraged to bring their pets to work and each cubicle has a built-in pet gate. The facility also includes 15 fish tanks and five terrariums which are home to multiple fresh water, salt water and reptilian animals. Outdoor spaces include six dog parks and a dog walking loop, recreation areas and sport courts, a work/dine area and a large community park in the center of the building.
