The Stack Deep Ellum is a 16-story, mixed-use office building located in the Deep Ellum neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. The high-rise structure contains 15,000 SF of street-level retail, eight levels of parking and seven levels of office space. Some of the building’s features include:

STORY CLASS AA OFFICE BUILDING

SF PARKING STRUCTURE
The 200,000 SF of Class AA office space features punched opening window walls, with the tenth level containing a wraparound amenity terrace, boardrooms and a fitness center. The 300,000 SF parking structure offers a 3/1000 parking ratio to the office and has architectural precast concrete panels.
The Stack Deep Ellum achieved LEED® Gold, WiredScore Platinum and WELL™ certifications. This is one of Dallas’ first new construction projects to receive WELL certification.
Artwork
COORDINATION
The project also includes an elaborate, 8,500 SF mural by Tristan Eaton that takes a deep dive into local history. The painting is a collage of local icons and a tribute to the area’s origins as a Black entertainment district. The central cowgirl is a visual icon that goes against stereotypes while referencing Deep Ellum’s founding as a colony for freed slaves.
Eaton is known for his toy designs and street art murals. His work can be found throughout the world, which he creates by freehand spray paint. He designed the 2020 Super Bowl LIV ticket, created the Marvel Avengers artwork, and is working with Elon Musk’s Space X on branding.
Our team developed a specific logistics plan to coordinate with the artist. This coordination was necessary to make sure that the overall project schedule and logistics were able to continue with minimal interruption.
