THIS PROJECT

The Wharf Pier 4 is a three-story office building constructed on a concrete pier structure built in the late 1950s. The 30,000 SF building extends 260 feet into the Washington Channel and includes a terrace and green roof area. The space is occupied by two tenants, one being a cruise line operator. Located in Washington, DC, the pier serves as a docking point for five boats conducting daily cruises, consisting of several hundred passengers. This project achieved LEED® Gold certification.
