The Sentara Leigh Parking Garage is a 129,000 SF cast-in-place concrete structure for approximately 400 parking spaces. The garage is four levels and includes:

The garage is used for employee parking on an active hospital campus, so the construction had to be closely coordinated with the hospital. Careful measures, such as vibration monitoring, were taken to minimize potential impacts to hospital patients and employees. The project had minimal impact on the existing facility and was completed 1.5 months ahead of schedule.
