This project transformed a 230,000 SF warehouse space into a plastic injection molding manufacturing facility. The facility features a full-service design and development laboratory, incorporating dedicated mold sampling and rapid prototyping equipment to enable steps from ideation to full production. Upgrades to power, water and MEP systems to accommodate office space and production equipment were included in the project. Additionally, a new cooling plant and screen walls were added to support aggregate silos. The facility is ISO 13485 certified, cGMP compliant and FDA registered.
