Array and The Nexus at West Alex were constructed on a five-acre, mixed-use development. The residential buildings were built on top of an underground, 490,000 SF, 835-space parking garage that spans the entire five acres.

The first building, Array at West Alex, is a seven-story, 370,000 SF apartment building with 278 units and a grocery store on the ground level. The residence features a lobby lounge with fresh coffee and beer on tap, clubroom space, an outdoor deck, a fitness center, co-working space and a pet spa.

The Nexus at West Alex is a four-story, 94,000 SF building with 74 affordable housing units. The building includes a community room, outdoor courtyard, grilling station and playground. A third building, built on a shared-concrete podium with the Nexus, is a two-story, 25,000 SF, core and shell office building. The combined ground-floor level features retail and dining spaces.
