The Block 23 project is a high-rise, mixed-use development in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. The development totals over 1.3 million SF and features:

Lower levels of the development include parking for the retail and office space, as well as apartment amenities, such as a pool, fitness room, maker’s room and a lounge. The upper levels include five stories of office space constructed adjacent to the 13-story residential tower with approximately 330 apartment units. The development was built on a very tight, urban site bordered by two light rail lines on the north and south sides.
