THIS PROJECT
This renovation involved two buildings, totaling 47,000 SF, in the Ritch Homes apartment complex in Washington, DC. Located one mile from the White House, this project included the:
- Renovation of 42 apartment units and common areas
- Addition of four accessible, lower-level apartment units
- Upgrades to wet utilities
- Installation of a bio-retention pond
This affordable housing project is in accordance with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit contract through the DC Housing Finance Agency. The newly renovated apartments will maintain their affordability through 2050.
