The George is a 12-story, 194-unit apartment building with two levels of underground parking. This project included interior demolition of a five-story, 1960s office building and the addition of seven new levels. The first two floors of the previous office building were converted to parking. The 150,000 SF facility is a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom units, and includes:

Approximately 75% of the existing building façade was removed and replaced with metal panels or stucco, and the windows were replaced and enlarged. In addition, all MEP systems were completely replaced, and elevator and stairwell cores were relocated to better serve the new layout of the building.
