The Highlands is a 1.2 million SF mixed-use development in Arlington, Virginia. The project consists of three residential towers: Pierce, Cortland Rosslyn East and West (formerly Evo and Aubrey). Each offer spacious apartments and high-end amenities. Pierce is a 27-story, 104-unit luxury condominium building with high-end finishes. The Cortland Rosslyn East is a 29-story building with 455 apartments and includes a fire station on the ground floor. The Cortland Rosslyn West building is 24 stories, offering 351 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments.

The buildings feature ground-floor retail space, rooftop terraces with pools, lifestyle amenity spaces, fitness centers and a four-story, 1,500-space underground parking garage. The development also includes Rosslyn Highlands Park, consisting of a multi-use court, open field, playground and additional recreation areas open to the public. The project achieved LEED® Gold certification.
