THIS PROJECT
This project included a 1,300,000 SF interior renovation of a two-story shopping mall. The renovation consisted of:
- Structural enhancements to the entire building
- Modifications to slab openings on the second floor
- New skylights
- Reconfiguration of the mall’s lease lines to increase visibility and improve guest’s shopping experience
Four exterior entrances were updated with larger structural openings, enhanced finishes and modernized theming. Construction was completed in multiple phases, allowing the mall to remain operational to the public.
