Sportsmen’s Lodge retail is a 92,000 SF project consisting of five buildings that include a 29,300 SF fitness facility, 15,000 SF of restaurants and 47,000 SF of retail space. It also encompasses extensive landscaping and sitework. This facility enhances the amenities in the Studio City neighborhood, with a curated landscaped area, as well as water flowing through the space. A new connection is provided from the center to the Los Angeles River bike paths. Sportsmen’s Lodge retail is designed in mid-century modern style complementing the surrounding architecture.
