This new senior living facility is located on the campus of Purchase College, featuring four buildings and 46 villas. The residential buildings include two, 160,000 SF independent living facilities with 174 residential units and one, 56,000 SF building with 32 memory care units and 36 assisted living units. A 54,000 SF commons building connects the residential buildings and features.

The wood structures and MEP systems for the villas were constructed off-site with minimal assembly needed on site. The exterior wall panels of the residential buildings and commons building were also constructed off-site. Coordination was required to ensure all MEP systems would fit within the allocated ceiling heights and shaft ways. The residential buildings are registered with the certification goal of LEED Silver® and the 46 villas each achieved LEED Gold®. Indoor features of the project include:
