The independent living building consists of four stories of wood-frame construction over underground parking. The assisted living/memory care building is three-stories of prefabricated metal panel structure with Ecospan trusses supporting the floors and roof. The exterior facade includes six different finish types including sustainable wood panels imported from Spain.
