THIS PROJECT
The Dollar Loan Center is a 190,000 SF multi-purpose arena, accommodating 6,000 spectators for the Henderson Silver Knights minor league hockey team. In addition to hockey, the facility hosts a multitude of other event types, including basketball, concerts, graduations, banquets and motocross events. The arena is organized around four levels. They include the following:

Includes team offices, locker rooms, sports medicine facilities, fitness center, food service, large storage and staging areas.
Has premium seating, including suites, party suites, club seating and loge boxes. This level circulates around the entire building.
Consists of building entries, ticketing, restrooms, concessions, team store, large restaurant with a bar and the Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame. The public concourse is a wide circulation space that rings the entire level and facilitates access to seating for events.
Serves as the highest level and is used for services, broadcast and press functions.
The arena provides multiple options specifically for guests with disabilities including, no obstructed views, accessible seating accommodations for wheelchair users, a sensory room and assistive listening devices. This project has achieved two Green Globes.
