Sea Gull Stadium houses locker rooms for football, field hockey and men’s and women’s lacrosse, as well as a visitor’s team locker room and two referees’ locker rooms. A full-service concession stand, a retail store and restroom facilities are located on the concourse beneath the grandstands. The second floor includes an athletic training clinic, doctor’s office, hydro and ice therapy room, and a conference room that can be used for team meetings, press conferences and more. Five suites are located on the third floor, and the fourth floor houses the Draper Holdings Communications Center for game broadcasting.
The 500-seat Sea Gull Softball and Baseball Stadiums mirror one another, each including a clay infield, artificial turf outfield, heated dugouts, grandstand seating and a ticket booth. The intramural artificial turf fields can accommodate seven different sports and includes sports lighting, netting and flat panel drainage. The natural grass soccer fields were renovated to include an underdrain system to regulate stormwater and field drainage.
