THIS PROJECT
This project consisted of a 548,000 SF distribution center with a two-story office area. This is a cold-storage distribution center with five temperature zones within the warehouse. The project included:
- Warehouse/distribution space
- Two-story office
- Cafeteria
- Loading docks
- Vehicle maintenance space
The facility was also designed for multiple expansions and the installation of automated storage and retrieval system. The project had a challenging schedule of 16 months, and Whiting-Turner successfully met those deadlines, all while maintaining a high level of quality and ensuring the safety of the labor forces.
