THIS PROJECT
This project includes three cold shell warehouses on the previous Oakland Army Base, which were built out in three separate phases. Totaling nearly 700,000 SF, the buildings are dock-high structures with concrete spread footings, structural concrete panels, steel interior columns and wood panelized roofs. Finishes include painted concrete tilt panels, panel reveals, metal panels, ACM panels, EIFS, glass with glazing and reclaimed wood. Utilities include domestic water, fire water, reclaimed water, storm drain and sanitary sewer systems. The projects achieved LEED® Gold certification.
