This project is a 1.1 million SF e-commerce distribution center primarily used as a non-sortable distribution center, which includes items that are typically too large to move via conventional conveyor systems. The facility was built on a 67-acre site, and uses load-bearing, precast concrete wall panels and a conventional concrete slab system for the floor.
